Bioplastic Skin

Description

Bioplastic Skin is a research project on using gelatine, from animal hides and fish skins, for biodegradable packaging that could be used instead of polluting plastic packaging. The problem of excessive use of plastic has become widespread and common. Every day big quantities of plastic packaging are thrown away and eventually end up in a landfill or in the ocean. Bioplastic Skin reflects on society’s consumption and the question of waste that follows it and brings a possible solution.

Our Role

Consulting on biodegradable materials.
